General requirements and information
Stage/Set up area
7.0m wide x 3.5m deep – it takes approx 90minutes
to set up and sound-test the equipment.
Sound Control Desk & Effects Unit
Approx 3m wide x 2m deep area is required at front of house preferably towards the back of the room or marquee for our engineer to control the sound of the band.
Playing Time
Maximum playing time during the evening is 135minutes in either two or three spots to suit the customer’s requirements.
CD music is always available during intervals or we can recommend a choice of Discos if required for back-up during the evening.
Rest/Changing Room
A reasonable rest room will be required for the
band to chill out and use as a changing room.
Refreshments
These are purely at the discretion of the customer
and are often not part of the contract.
Preview
Arrangements can often be made for customers to preview the band’s live performance particularly in the case of forthcoming wedding receptions.
Fees
Subject to availability, a quotation will always be given following the initial enquiry and this will depend on arrival time, finish time and the distance from base to the venue.
Technical Specifications
Power Supply
2 x 32amp on separate ring mains is the preferred supply to accommodate
the sound equipment and lighting without interference. A smaller power supply can be used but
we may have to reduce the amount of lighting used on the night.
The band has it’s own professional high-quality sound system
for venues with 100 to 2000 capacity, all controlled by our own sound
engineer at front of house. CD music is always available during intervals if required.
N.B. U-No-Hoo have full Public Liability insurance cover
and all equipment is P.A.T tested to comply with current regulations.
